Upper class. Wu Prefecture. Dongyang Commandery. Baoning (“Protecting the Peace”) Army Headquarters. Under the Jin dynasty (936-46) this was Wusheng (“Martial Victory”) Army Headquarters. In our dynasty in 990 its name was changed to Baoning Army. The prefectural seat is at Jinhua County .
